when your lease is up ,the rent will go up every 6 months 15% does not seem to much but it adds up,$15.00 every 6 months ,i lived here 3 years or so,the reason i still live here couse i rarly see any buges if ya know what i mean .but i thank its time to move on and find another apt for me.welli hope this helps bye.
