Great location friendly staff From: happycamping Date posted: 6/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Whats most appealing about these apartments is the staff. They always smile, say hello and they are always working, not just the office staff but also the maintenance people. The manager Sylvia is especially helpful. I have never met a manager that goes out of her way for her residents. The manager lives at the property and if you have an emergency she can always be reached. They did have a leasing agent that was sometimes rude but she's gone now. The new person seems to be nice and fits right in. The property is kept clean and the maintenance workers are good about getting the job done quickly. The only problem we have had is with our garbage disposal which wouldn't turn, but maintenance fixed it the same day it stopped working. Although they are not luxury apartments the staff and friendly residents make it worth its weight in gold.
