Pretty setting and convenient, but slow maintenance and lack of follow-through by office staff is troubling. Noise level has picked up considerably in last few months.

9/16 - Just received water bills for May/June. Billing runs 90 days late. We got two bills from two companies for the same period. Office says pay the higher of the two. It would be nice to get their act together. This is another example of not being sensitive to residents. Office claims this was done by the management company, and they had nothing to do with it.
