Jipped, glad Im buying a house soon

Moved in here January 2001...
Air Conditioning Unit needed to be replaced in 2001, finally was replaced in 2003, after paying 200$ electric bills during summer months for 2 years and SEVERAL complaints to management. They offered me 40$ off my rent for the 2 years of trouble... Maintance man said system needed to be replaced LONG ago and the previous repair-attempts were half-assed and it lost the freon in 1 week. Holes in all the pipes.. That would explain 85F heat during the summer months with AC on full, at night!
Forget free Cable, forget free Water, this has all gone. Expect to pay 40$ a month for cable now that the Apartments decided to switch. Also I laughed and tossed the 35$ water bill I recieved one month, forget that, how does Water go from 8$ a month for 4 months to 35$ a month'!
Management is on a Musical Chair System, new managers every 6 months...
Maintance request.. if not an emergency, get your toolbox out. I installed my own ceiling-fan after waiting 3 months...
Noise... getting worse. Used to be a nice place to live. Not anymore. Im used to hearing loud music at 11-12 PM..
Cant wait to get out of here next year.
