The best thing about the apartment is the clenliness of the grounds. I agree with other reviewers that the maintence was slow and the management is terrible. If you are fortunate enough to get an apartment with working appliances, you can survive. If not, I can't imagine dealing with the office staff on a regular basis. I think the noise level has gone up considerably since we moved in to Foxborough last year. I think many people are moving out due to the mediocre services and half-baked ammenities. The water bill and cable situation are outrageous as well. Don't live in this complex. Overall rating: Go live in Las Colinas for better ammenities, newer buildings and just about the same amount of rent.
