Foxborough Apartments are a discrace to the city of Irving!

I moved to Irving in 1978 and I have lived in many apartment communities. I moved to Foxborough March 27th 2004.I was fooled by a nicely manicured green lawn and flowering trees around the Rental Office... The rest of the property with a few exceptions are very badly in need of renovation! Dangerous areas including for example, the heated Spa... It was taped off after a visit by the city. It is now July 7, 2004 and the tape is all torn down, but the Spa is still not repaired.
The staff (with their hands tied behind their backs try hard to please the tennants)
They have no power to change anything!
