Not the worst place I have lived...

I have lived in Foxborough for almost 2 years. The new management that recently took over are much better than the former management and I have actually started to see some changes. However, make sure you get an apartment on the same side of the street as the office (the complex is split by Esters Rd). That side, the side that potential renters see, is alot nicer. The other side, is pretty much forgotten about. Although, if you do live on the forgotten side, you will get a better chance to see some drug deals (I guess that is what they are) and just people in general wandering around the complex, at all hours of the night, who don't live there.
And yes, as you read in other reveiws, the water bills are outragious! I am not sure how they figure them, but something is pretty strange about the amounts. And, yes, skip cable. Foxborough does not pay for it anymore and they switched to Comcast, mine never worked even when I was paying for it.
I give them an over rating of "yes" I would recommend, however, only if you are going to be on the main side of the complex (the side with the office). If they try to put you on the forgotten side, don't sign the lease.
