Maintenance is slow to respond (IF they respond, that is). Water leak in my wall caused darkened colored spots on the wall more than 3 months ago. They fixed the leak (after 4 calls) - but never bothered to come back and paint over the wall to cover the discoloration. A noise in my ceiling was finally fixed after 6 months of complaining - however, the hole they cut in the ceiling has never been filled-in - so I have a really nice square shaped hole in my ceiling. Management could care less (best I can tell). Neighbors are loud and relentless about it (sleeping during normal night-time hours is hardly an option). On the good side - rent is cheap (and it ought to be!) Let this be a lesson to us all, you get what you pay for!
