i have lived here almost a year (dont let the manicured grounds fool ya...we did) and am strongly considering getting out when my lease is up. as far as office staff: i'd get more positvie response from a sponge. (at least a sponge is useful). if you have a major maintenance request such as A/C, guess what' they fix it if you bring them a written request like 3 times and then threaten to send a copy to the City of Irving code inspection (lot of good that does in itself) you get attitude from a spastic leasing agent and then they try to blame the problem on the tenant and treat you as if you are a 3 year old who cant understand "how air conditioning works". please people, check out those places that you thought were way too expensive, i've found prices have fallen! im willing to pay a bit more for security and a much classier place that actually CARES what happens to it's tenants!!!
