Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Since moving into my apartment this April I have had several repair requests, and none were taken care of within 2 days. Each time they took a minimum of FOUR days, and I still have a leak in my apartment. (3rd floor)
Not only that, but the hot tub was broken almost the ENTIRE SUMMER. What the heck is that' Now there is just a bunch of green water in the bottom of it and it smells nasty when you walk by it. And when it did work, the vinyl lining was peeling off and it looked ridiculous.
I have complained about that several times since it broke, and here it is in September and it still isn't working. To top it off, I still haven't found the control for the jets in it. Oh well. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up.
Management just doesn't care about how they treat their tenants. They'll look you in the eye and say they'll fix it, but it is a BOLD FACED LIE.
