Do not waste your time by looking here. This place was very pleasing to the eye when we first looked here in February of 04. Since then it has gone downhill. We have placed several maintenance calls and not one was completed within 3 days even though I asked specifically about maintenance calls before I signed my lease. Their response was that maintenance was being overhauled and should have a 48 hour response time in the next few months. Nine months later the delay is longer than when we moved in. We had a leak under the foundation one time that they would not touch because it was over a weekend. By the time it was fixed 4 days later the leak had consumed nearly 60 sq. feet of carpet. Our bathroom and half the bedroom was completely soaked and was beginning to smell of mold and mildew. It didn't matter to them my wife was pregnant at the time.

We were told to keep our area clean and not to let a vehicle sit for longer than 7 days in any one space or it will be ticketed. One time they cruised the apartment looking for vehicles that had been sitting in the same spot for more than a week. It never happened again and now there are at least 3 cars within 100 yards that are not running taking up parking spots, collecting dust, and looking overall trashy. The management simply doesn't care. I was going to try to call the property management company, but there is no phone number on the Internet for them. It's like they don't exist.

Bottom line is don't rent here. Go somewhere else. Management and staff give a smile and take your money and complaints, then turn around and talk to potential renters.
