Crime City!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
Vehicle breakins and thefts are common.
Vehicles are stolen and taken to chop shops
either in Irving and Dallas; neither management or police show much interest in
putting a stop to the crime. Crime has
escalated in the past two years. Would not
recommend complex to anyone because of the crime!
