I lived here from February 2000 to May 2001, and I transferred apartments three times. The first time the guy downstairs from me was slamming doors and playing his stereo too loud all night, and the manager didn't seem to do anything about it when I complained, so I decided to transfer to a larger apartment. This time the people upstairs from me would play their stereo so loud I could hear it even when I used earplugs. I complained, and the manager told me that they said it wasn't them, it had to be someone else (another words, they lied). Then the rains came, and water started leaking in. It got to the point where it was raining a lot, and water was running down the inside of my living room wall, and mold started growing. Every time I talked to the manager, she told me there was some hold up with the owner in Houston getting a budget together. A month later it wasn't fixed, so I transferred next door. That apartment had the same leak in the living room, but at least it was repaired before I moved in. Problems with noise again though. I was relived to finally move out when my lease ended.
