Pros & Cons: Facts NOT Opinions

First off, let me just say that the majority of reviews on this website are from idiots who expect too much for what they are paying; Foxborough is one of those things.
Now when a person tells their horror story of an apartment complex, they are telling THEIR side of the story and most likely forgot to mention that they have no social skills whatsoever, and cannot speak a lick of English, in turn, spinning tales of woe where anyone speakth the name of their apartments.
Personally, I've had a GREAT experience with the few maintainance assistance (if you'd even call it that) I needed done in my almost 2 years living here:
- Swap out the spray style kitchen faucet with a free flowing current.
- Install lighting fixtures into the bedrooms.
I've had nothing more urgent of a request than what I've listed. These were done within 24 hours of my request. Again, I'm not promising that you'll get the same speedy service, it's how well your skill of communication is. If you're thinking "well, that's not fair; my communication skills are awful," then sir/madam - you fail at life.
Before I get to the facts, I must point out that these are NOT luxury apartments, so a tenant should not expect white glove service. Also, for its price, which is reasonable, you get:
Pros:
1. Washer and Dryer in unit.
2. Averaged water bill.
3. 1 FREE covered parking spot.
4. Well kept landscaping.
5. Quiet.
6. Plush carpeting.
7. New matching appliances (Whirlpool).
8. No mold.
9. No ants.
10. Central location (15-20 min to Fort Worth or Dallas)
Cons:
1. The occasional palmetto water bug about once or twice per season.
2. Though the major potholes have been filled in and leveled out, there is 1 remaining when you turn right coming in from the main entrance.
3. Increase in minorities (the bad kind).
4. Lowered standards.
The cons will eventually lead to this apartemt complex's downfall, and therefore, I will be leaving once my lease is up for renewal.
It's been a pleasant 2 years at these apartments; however, I believe I've grown out of it with the progression of school and promotions at work.
These apartments were the first ones I've rented on my own and it has been a good experience.
I've lived in many apartments, from NYC to Palm Beach, FL, so you can't say I have nothing to compare it to.
One thing I can say that suprisingly many cannot, is that I truely feel safe coming home and being home.
Again, it's not the best, but for its value, it's a steal.

First let me say you may speak english but feel we need to speak different to make it easier for you, well guess where you live? we speak english here so learn it. As for you minorities on the rise well I think we are the monorities and we shouldn't feel sorry for you. As far as the apartments go they were nice but now you trash them just like you did your country and now are trying to make ours the same. Don't be offended by the truth just clean your act up and quit crying about things and thinking we should take care of you. You are a guest in our country so treat it with respect even though you don't treat yours that way. Clean up around there and maybe good people will live there and show you how its done.
