This was my first time living in an apartment all by myself. I never had any problem with maintenance. I was severly sick, so was a lil late with rent and they through a hissy fit cause my boss wrote a check, but ehh..still got it taken care of. my apt had been broken into a few times, but each time maitenance was out quickly to change locks, and after i got feed up with the break ins i spoke to the manager, and she let me out of my lease, i even got most of my deposit back. they are not as picky about who they let live in here, i had many random people ask to borrow my phone, or try to bum things, and some illegal activities went on but i guess you get that anywhere where they arent picky.
overall the place was ok, great price for what you get.
