Overall, I haven't had a bad experience in Foxborough. I was worried about moving into here after I read some of the reviews on the site. My main concern was safety. Since I moved in, I haven't had a problem with safety - Thank God - I haven't had to deal with break-ins, gunshots and sirens or with screaming kids - which is why I haven't written it off completely. The location is terrific - it's a quiet neighborhood and there's a super walmart, dollar-movie theater and lots of fast-food places all within walking distance. Some noise from the neighbors, but in the building where I live, it's been nothing compared to some of the drama that I've witnessed elsewhere. I haven't had issues with dubious characters loitering around (big deal for me). I know that some residents have had serious parking issues - I think it's adequete if you have one car (they do covered assigned parking and open parking for visitors, etc.)- But even that seems to be a problem for some.

The management... Talk about poor customer service!! It takes forever to get things done. And I do mean FOREVER!! They fix things temporarily and then don't come back to finish the job properly, and they treat you like they're doing you a huge favour by giving you any time of day. Also, they don't particularly seem to understand the term "emergency maintenance", so your roof had better not come crashing down on you or something dramatic like that coz it could be quite a wait.

If 5-star treatment at the mgt office and excellent maintenance is a big deal for you, this isn't the place to look.
