the apts are nice but i had a roach problem the first couple months and now its a spider problem. I had to call three times to get someone to come and spray. The staff is not rude, they just are not on their job. They say they're going to do something and dont do it and this is under the "new" management. I have lived there for 8 months now and have only had a problem with the staff in regards to this. Residents are friendly though and I have only had a problem with parking once.

I have lived here for several months and am VERY happy with my apartment. The only complaint I have is the loud ghetto music that is playing day and night. Cars coming through here banging that crap. Rude as hell towards other residents. If I wanted to listen to that trash, then I would do so in my OWN apartment where it would NOT bother anybody else. That is what polite soceity does. I would suggest that this community be gated to keep the riff out and that loud music players be ticketed and fined by the Irving Police Department. We ALL, yes, we ALL have the right to expect peace and quiet day and night. I for one will not hesitate to call the police about loud music. Pull your pants up and play your boom boom music?? someplace.
