From Someone That Has Been Here Way Too Long!

This apartment was nice and well maintained in 1994. However, in the past seven years it has not been maintained and is an embarrasment. Recently, it takes weeks to get repairs, something as simple as a security light bulb changed. It took months to get a refrigerator's icemaker repaired, which eventually had to be replaced. The swimming pool is filthy. Once upon a time, it was cleaned daily and never closed by the health inspector. And yes, this was all since the new management has been here. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

I don't understand how some residents don't appreciate all the upgrades that are being donet to the property. Since the new managment came, we actually now have pool furniture. Yes, pools were closed in the summer a few times, but then were opened and look great! We got new Fitness equipment, all the exterior repairs have been complete, new paint! Foxborough is looking better than ever!

Pool furniture.... are you kidding me? The Fitness room has new equipment which they moved to a smaller room, and now you have to pay $25.00 for a key that knowing this money hungry management company you might or might not get back(also this was supposed to a free ammenity when I moved here 2 years ago). Those exterior repairs left chunks of wood and nails on my entrance & stairs which I have to use to get anywhere. No regard to the safety of the tenants. I have been here for almost 2 years and this management company has only been better because they have made the apts look better. So lets think about that. That makes the apts better for the management that sucks tenants in. The knob on my tub broke on a weekday afternoon (meaning I couldn't turn the water on) I called the office to request they fix it and of course they said they would. I came home the following evening to a knob that was still broken. Walked to the office and discussed the issue. The first thing I was told is they have 48 hours for maintenance reuests. I told the lady (who I haven't seen around the office in awhile) that this was an emergency. I don't pay hard earned money to not be able to take a bath/ shower. We won't speak of the leak under my bathroom sink that had sitting water w/ the smell of mildew slowly growing stronger, because it took me calling wed night (getting answering service that I left a message with), then again on Friday afternoon which the maintenance guy called back and said if the water wasn't going onto the floor it wasn't an emergency, and would have to wait til Monday (which at this point there were water stains on the floor board). On Monday I called twice just to make sure I didn't have to live with the smell much longer and they finally fixed it. If you pay rent especially on time with no dancing or bouncing checks you should be able to live in a place where management respects that.
