This property is now by Venterra. They are the second owner since I have been here. Their staff is poorly trained. I recently renewed my lease and as I was doing so they stated to me that with signing my 12 month lease I would get a free months rent however now that I have signed the lease they are now saying that this is not the case and they are making me pay the first months rent. There leasing agents do a terrible job of taking care of requests for carpeting cleaning as well. I have asked them 3 times and it still hasn't been done yet.
