IF you are looking to MOVE DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT MOVE to FOxborough! There was a flood in our apartment, caused from our neighbors directly upstairs. I called Maintance 3 times. Upstairs called numerous times, no response. And this was around 8pm. and Lets see today its 1.25AM. still maintance has not been to my apartment. "I"
had to go to leasing office to report. then they give a bunch of poor ass excuses. BOTTOM line THEY SUCK!!!!

| Foxborough Management will always due its best to provide good quality customer service whether a problems arises due to an accident or otherwise. This resident was offered numerous options because of unforseen accident caused by their upstairs neighbors. We offered this resident to stay in a hotel while the problems was fixed, we are offered this resident to stay at one our "sister properties" and we also offered this resident new carpet. Unfortuantley this resident decided that they didn't want any of our offers. | |
