I've only been living at Foxborough for 2 days and my experience there has already been dissatisfying. Prior to me moving in, I kept regular contact with the management for a few months to prepare myself for the move. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Two of the management people promised to call me back with information that I needed (pro-rates, deposits, and other information that I needed). Needless to say, I never got calls back. And when I made calls to them, I always got the voicemail. I left messages and never received calls back either. I had to actually go to the office (keep in mind I was living in another city) just to get their attention and the answers I was seeking. Even then, it took long periods of time for them to acknowledge my presence and to get my simple questions answered. I only moved to Foxborough because it was what I could afford being that I am new to the area and its close to my new job. Plus I had already been approved and I needed to move to Irving immediately for work. When I moved in (2 days ago) the apartment was dirty. The garbage disposal is corotid. Both of the bath tub drains are corotid. There is a filled hole in my bedroom door that is only covered with puddy and no paint. The stove is scratched up around the knobs. I could go on and on. It's tacky. I am very displeased and I am paying $863.00 per month! I would NOT recommend these apartments to ANYONE. Unless you like living in a not-so-good neighborhood and don't mind non-responsiveness from management. WHen I looked at the model apartment, I was attracted to the built in bookshelves in the dining area. The person guiding me through the apartment told me that my apartment would definitely come with the bookshelves. Needless to say, my apartment does NOT have bookshelves. The staff is very lazy and uninformed. They pass along the wrong information, too. As for parking, my apartment is located on the opposite side of the parking lot, so I can't see my car unless I walk out to it, and if my alarm were to go off, I wouldn't be able to hear it. I've been there 2 days and I already know, for sure that I will NOT be renewing my lease. DON'T DO IT! I made a terrible mistake!

Due to the fact that this resident was moving from out of state there were a couple of things that we required that this resident had provid to us. Unfortunatley when this resident moved in we never heard of her unappiness as soon as find out we have since then completed all of her request to date.

this is a FLAT OUT LIE! I did NOT move from out of state. i moved from the Plano area (allen to be exact) where I lived for over a year! I then decided to move closer to work so I chose Foxborough. See how they lie? AND only two of my complaints were fixed because I sent an email to the Head Office and would have placed a lawsuit if the issues weren't handled properly. The tubs are still corotid. In fact, the management guy said he would be back two mondays ago and I haven't seen him since! I have left 3 messages for the office to call me back and nobody has returned my calls yet. Why would you LIE online? Such idiots. And as I was reading your other management responses to other reviews I noticed that you can't even SPELL or use proper terminology. How are you managing anything? I will be breaking my lease and getting the hell out of there. Period. Especially since you would go so far as to lie online! Your apartments are TERRIBLE BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE! Jerks!

These apartments are -------- ass apartments. the maintenance sucks they all speak spanish and hardly understand a lick of english!!! I do not plan to renew my lease!! This complex is nice LOOKING!! but once u move in its another story I moved in last october and my washer was broken these slow ass workers they got took about 3 months to fix it. when it was replaced it was with an old BROKEN washer till this day July 2007 I still have not received a working washer. When maintenance came to fix the washer the first time they said nothing was wrong with it. but the center part kept falling off when washing (they said it was suppose to be like that!!!!) Last time they told me all the washing machines did not receive cold water!! HELLO the washer was made to use cold water for the rinse cycles!!!! The ENTIRE staff is POOR and JERKS!! When I moved in the LEASING AGENT (Amelia) told me how she helped a man with a FELONY move into an apartment!! the man did not qualify however she made a few adjustments and BAMM the criminal had an apartment. Also when I moved in someone tried to steal my car in BROAD DAYLIGHT!!! But how there is an officer on the property!! --------! the girl a few apartments down had her honda sitting on bricks!! this is not even a safe apartment complex to live in I haven't lived here for a year and there has been over 10 Crimes committed in this complex!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
