Let's see - where do I begin' I've lived at Foxborough for a little over 5 yrs. There are so many things that have gone so wrong. I'll list them and you decide.

SECURITY/POLICE OFFICER ONSITE: Where' Then how could so many vehicles have been stolen and/or vandalized' Why was my neighbor's apt broken into' A violent attack (stabbing) of a tenant by someone claiming to be maintence' This crime occurred in broad daylight! You don't have to believe me ... just call Irving PD, their information is available to the publc.

OFC STAFF: Very similiar to a used car salesman, everything/everyone is perfect when you're signing the paperwork and leaving your hard-earned money, but after that, noone really cares. The lack of caring on the part of the ofc staff is obvious, otherwise, the complex wouldn't be going downhill so quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if this is soon going to be a Section 8 complex, if it isn't already.

COMPLEX: It's gone downhill fast, foundation problems, water leaks inside and out (no one can find the source of the leaks), water stains in the ceilings that have been cleverly painted over, outdated appliances. The mgmt sent a notice over 1 year ago claiming to have security gates installed around the complex, I've yet to see any work being started on that promise. They did manage to find money to completely move and remodel the office, it's beautiful! It's just too bad they couldn't find the funds to fix the various problems that are visible throughout the complex.

TENANTS: Parties aren't just for the weekends here at Foxborough, on any given week night, inconsiderate tenants party with no consideration for those of us that go to WORK in the morning! It's hard to say who lives here & who doesn't you'll see different people coming & going around here. People congregate in the breezeways, and parking lots to party, the party ends when Irving PD shows up or the sun comes up -- whichever comes first.

They have provided breakfast for their tenants, and they have cookies in the ofc., but honestly, these are just futile attempts to hide all the serious problems that Foxborough has! Lease somewhere else so you can enjoy your breakfast knowing you'll be safe.

My lease is up Feb 2008, it's not coming fast enough to suit me!...I'm outta here!

As always - Venterra Realty strives to make our residents stay with us as happy and stress-free. As with all issues we continue to handle each situation as honest and throughly as possible. To our understanding with Irving Police Department we have had no reports of cars stolen or break-ins. All of our residents are screened and we do rent apartments to anyone who qualifies. Our community was rennovated last year and I must say it looks GREAT! The management team would be happy to discuss any of these matters with anyone in person. Thanks!

If you guys have not had any problems with cars being stolen or break ins, then why are people saying that such things are going on?
