i am one of the resident who had been through some tough times while at foxborough. just waiting for my lease to be over with. The first things that invited vandalism in the facilities is the "no gate" or "we will be building the gate pretty soon" while signing up the lease contract. And that was the only time i ever heard of the gate thing. THE management knows about the car being broken, apartments being broken into, vandalism but they just act innocent and don't wanna let these headlines ruin their so called businness. seriously if i wanted to , i would have stayed infront of the office and redirect anyone who pulls-up to else where but foxborough,revelling everything about this ghetto-ass apartment. buildings and amenities= too old
leaks everywheres
in my apartments (im not sure if others having the same prob) i find cockroaches as big as bluetooth earpeices (i almost grabbed one once thinkin it was my blueetooth earpiece) damn cockroaches everywhere.. Never during my two year contract i had my management send the pest control pplz. I know its hard to manage such huge propety all at once but god damn its been two years now. cold and hot water at my bathroom facet run frm same// crime rates around the area have been increased and the management is working on none of these but trying to get their apartments filled up.I believe the ghettoness is not much frm the tenants living here but frm outsiders because it lacks the gate afterall. I have seen the recent changes as in quicker response frm the mantainence pplz which is nice. Earlier we had to wait a week or two to actually have my heater fixed last winter. Good things,,the washer dryer. dish washer are functioning well.But the ac unit breaks very often. has been scary place to live. i heard about the apartments being broken into and the tenants being stabbed as well. Management doesnt send notice to tenants as to be aware of these activities around the facilities because they dont care. they care about nothin else but their business. somebody has to let them know how good they are doing.

At Foxborough Apartments we take every issue very serious. We would never not respond to any issue/problem that a resident might have. Why would we? We want to solve problems - not create them! Every Tuesday our pest control vendor comes out to treat any apartment - that are known to us. If you look at the crime stats for Foxborough Apartments you will find very little - we just don't have the issues that other places have becuase we are VERY proactive to solving problems - IF WE KNOW OF THEM. If anyone looked up communities with gates vs. communities that do not have gates you will see that gates do not deter crime. Usually communities with gates have a higher crime. As always we welcome any resident or prospect to ALWAYS come and communicate with us anytime. We are in a business to serve.
