People, please use common sense. What do you expect to get when you are moving to an apartment that is 20 years old'''''' Ofcourse you are going to have maintenace problems, it's an old building! As far as the roaches are concerned, I never had a roach in my apartment you know why' BECAUSE I DON'T FEED THEM! Rember that roaches have a lot to say about how clean your apartment is.
How naive do you have to be to think that a gate is going to protect you from violence' I have news for these people, we live in a city were crime happens. And it will happen every where you go, I guarantee you.
My rent is low, my apartment is decent, the location is very convenient, people are nice to me. What else can I ask for' When I make enough money to move to Las Colinas or to Down town Dallas, I will.

That review was probally written by one of the employess because they can't spell. "Remember" this is the correct way to spell it.
