I moved into Foxborough Apartments at the first of March, 2008 I have barely been there 2 months and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. The first night there my car was improperly towed. The towing company damaged my car in the process and I had to settle with them out of court to get it repaired. The toilet over flowed every day for the first 2 weeks, There are water spots all over the place and it appears they were painted over so that I would not notice when I moved in, they are starting to look worse by the day. The kitchen sink has exploded and leaked everywhere. And over the past couple weeks I am noticing roaches and rats in my apartment. I keep the place clean because I dont like to live in filth. The management says that someone who lived in the same building as me lived in less than sanitary conditions and they moved out at the first of the month. Whatever was in their unit has started to migrate. I DONT GIVE A DAMN WHAT THE REASON IS!!!! ITS RAT's AND ROACHES!!!! NASTY!!!!

I will say this, management has been prompt for the most part in getting the place repaired when I call and sending the exterminator. Thats the only good thing I have to say and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease at Foxborough....
