Thank God i never choice to leave there after reading all this and meeting the unfriendly cold staff i really dont regrate they even refused with my deposit just becoz i choice to stay somewhere else am sure they are too poor will try all they can to steal money from people i have never heard of an apt that refuses with someone deposit application fees yes but not deposit lol silly apartment i love where i stay too death i wish i even visited them first b4 i was refered to the silly apartments by move for free

| Venterra Realty is no different than any other community when it comes to deposit. It is true that should you decide that you want to live at Foxborough and you are approved and then you decide that you do not want to live at Foxborough - all of our deposits are non-refunadable. Everything is in writting - actually on the application that you fill out and sign. We are saden that this potential resident did not choose to live at Foxborough but wish her success in her future endeavors. | |
