I started renting here from out of state in September and I have experienced nothing but problems. First it started with the apartment that I was originally was to move into, My husband and I arrived on the day after Thanksgiving and to our surprise someone had broke in our Apartment and obviously been living there several days. The front window was broken, the front door was wide open, and there was urine and feces in the toilet. I figure if the staff was doing their jobs we would have never seen this picture, but since noone did a walk through before we arrived this is what happened. However, we had to stay in a motel for three days until they decided what they wanted to do. They finally offered us another apartment and we agreed. However I wish I would have looked elsewhere before we accepted. We moved in and 2 weeks later and there were rats every where, even in our AC vents. I started working in January but my schedule was Friday thru Sunday, but every Saturday and Sunday I got up to take a shower I had no hot water and this went on for three months. I went to the office and I spoke with one of the leasing agents and I spoke with the manager one month later about the same issue. It was finally fixed I guess after about the third month of complaining. Next I experienced my dishwasher not working and yes they ordeed another one but when the maintainance crew was moving it up the stairs they dropped it and dented it up. No here's the kicker my heat went out in the middle of January in 30 degree weather and it took them two days to fix it. Second, my air went out not once but twice, the first time it went out they told me they had to order a part and it would be in the next day well it came two days later. The second time my air went out it was about 102 degrees at 5:00pm and the Emergency line never responded to my six calls until the next day about 9am when my husband called the leasing office.

Well my wife and I experience with Foxborough Apartments has been nothing but hell on Earth. First they turned off the electric when we first moved in and this was even after we let them know what day the power company would make the switch, let me add that it was triple degree temperatures and when my wife and I went to the office to confront them about there unprofessional behavior the blonde headed mexican lady had the nerve to call the police when all we wanted was answers and to find out if this is how they treat tenants. There are stray cats everywhere and company deliver trucks in most of the parking spaces and these apartments seems to be a heaven for illegal person not documented in the United States. In fact the office seems to cater to illegal persons living on property. The staff seems ready to argue with you at the drop of a hat when all you want is a professional answer. It is apparent that the staff are not professional and all seem to have graduated from Remington College of Apartment Mgmt. The most professional person working in the office is the only guy that works in the office. I'm so sorry that we moved here it has been nothing but one problem after another.
