Welcome to the "Unprofessional Hell Pit" Foxborough Apartments. Well let's start from the beginning. I came to the apartments and at the time they did not have one to show but at that time the leasing agent gave me the price list. Great prices, so I come back with my wife and the prices are different but only 5 days had passed from the first time I stopped by, so it was not a problem. We complete the paper work and set a time for move in. Well the office staff totally change the day we set to move in and then tried to quickly force us to move into an apartment that was not ready. We did a walk through and found that the property did not have a smoke detector, and all the doors were sticking because they were painted shut. We explained that ok we will meet you half way on the problems, so with that we agreed to move in the last week in July. We moved in on that Friday which was the 27th and they cut the electric off on that Friday and on Saturday when we went in to ask what was going on they called the police for no reason. The last thing that they have done is charge me for the electric in regards to the 21st to the 27th this company has no class. The staff is ready to argue at the drop of a hat and there are tons of stray cats that live around here. My Suggestion to anyone that is thinking of calling this place home, don't do it because they break into cars here all the time, there are many illegals living here many stray cats, and the staff that works the office are not helpful and the only thing that they want to do is bob their heads and put their hands on there hips and roll their neck. Welcome to the hood/ghetto/barrio whatever name you call it you know what I mean and lastly never try going to the pool it is always filled with 5 billion little kids alone with their non-attentive parents. There is a definitely a connection between cheap rent, wal mart and a unprofessional staff. It all equals the getto/hood/barrio pay the extra money and feel safe in your residence.

With any apartment that you move into (unless it is an all bills paid community) residents are required to have electric turned over into their name. Unfortunately this was not the case and yes this resident is correct all electric was turned off. Any time a resident or anyone threatens/becomes violent to one of the staff members - yes this is correct we will contact the local police. Foxborough apartments works very closely with Irving PD. We would like to be able to handle all situations/concerns on our on but sometimes help is needed. The staff at Foxborough would like to think of this community as a family friendly community - so yes - we do have children that live here. What else are they able to do in the summertime when it is hot .... go to the pool:). Yes we do accept pets at our community - we LOVE dogs and cats:). In closing I would like to say we have a strict qualification guideline - we do lease to all people who qualify. I would hope that as Americans that we would not be so quick to sterotype one race or gender. To any potential prospect please stop by Foxborough I truly think you will like what you see and hear!

Another note, there are alot of stray cats around here. And, that could be an issue because you don't know the history or mental state of these cats. They may seem harmless, but could turn around and attack! Who knows? I have seen the staff get rude with residents and that totally deters people from wanting to contine doing business with Foxborough. I heard that that staff before the current one that we have now was much better. Oh, and the maintenance sucks. The guys do a half ass job and don't let them come when u r not home because your request will not be fulfilled. You then spend days calling to get someone to come out and do the job right. I also had a probably with the whole electricity thing. All I can say about that is we are dealing indirectly with corporate America. And, they are the robber barrons.
