Foxborough Apartment is the worst apartments I've every lived in. The people in the office are the most ignorant, rude people I've every incountered working at an apartment complex. My daughter got sick from the faucet water and was in the hospital for a week, she was also in the ICU because of it. There is bugs I've never ever seen in my hole life. There are animals the size of airplanes. When there is a storm and when the wind blows, THE WHOLE BUILDING ROCKS!. Christmas Eve my downstairs
neighbor was cooking and his pipes busted out of no where and caused the loudest alarm I've ever heard in my whole life to go off. they charge you for parking and yet some peoples car got broking into. You can hear people out side talking very loud, and the maintenance sucks, they do bulls**t jobs they fix something and three days later it breaks again. Plus, they over charge you on your rent. The account manager and I got into a disagreement about rent and she avoided my phone calls for a whole month. I was supposed to be paying $257 for my last month but since she wanted to be b***h she charged me $657. I HATE FOXBOROUGH! THEY HATE THEIR TENANTS!

Foxborough Apartments has a great relationship with the city and ALL requirements. Please note that if any resident of ours was sick due to any fault of our own the city of Irving would shut us down immediately. And I must say rightfully so. We wouldn't any person to get sick from water, bug problems or any other such thing. As of last year every building roof was replaced - not repaired with brand new roofs - we take great pride in the fact that we keep our community in tip top shape. For any new prospect who is interested in Foxborough please note that we have a 48 maint. guarantee program. We love this program ....it allows us to come in and rectify any problem that a resident might have in their apartment within 48 business hours. We urge anyone who is interested in living in a quality home to come check out Foxborough for your self:)!
