I've been living at Foxborough since December 08' and have had an excellent experience.
Up until this last weekend, I was living in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roomate, who due to serious personal problems had to move out. Naturally, I was very worried as to how I was able to handle the rent of two people alone. I called the property manager, Gracie Martinez, who has been a Godsend through this difficult time. Gracie worked quickly with a can-do attitude to get all the paperwork completed so that I could transfer to a one bedroom apartment.
At times, I felt a little high-maintenance as I was continually calling Gracie with questions, but she took it all in stride and handled all my concerns with extreme professionalism.
In my 15 years of apartment renting, I've found foxborough to be the easiest to work with. Other places I've lived have been great until you have some sort of problem. Foxborough has been a welcomed change to what I'm accustomed to.

I am and still a renter at Foxborough Apartments. The Social Security Administration cut off my funding. Now, Dallas Housing Authority has moved me to top of their listings. I am looking for possible section 8 housing in the Foxborough Apartment Community without moving to any other sites whic have been receiving bad revues on neighbors with lude behaviors, drunkedness in plain site. I have loved the Foxborough Apartments since my burglary in May 2009. I transfered to an upstairs apartment that I reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaly love!!!! Can you please help me in setting me up in a section 8 contract with Dallas Housing Authority in the apartment I am now living at unit #2009? I love it too much to leave it! I would soon love to an apartment facing at poolside next to the leasing office!
