LOOK NO FURTHER. Expect to have to report problems to the front office multiple times to get your work order in. Expect maintenance to fix the wrong thing or not fix it correctly the first time or not have a basic part and need to come back in a week.

The ground-shifting problems that Irving has will eventually lead all buildings to have foundation problems, but when those lead to leaky pipes and combine with improper maintenance to make a mildewy behind-the-walls haven for roaches and silverfish, it's time to look elsewhere for quality living.

Dear Resident, I was not aware you were having this issues. If you come to the office and speak with myself or the Maintenance. Supervisor; I can assure you that you will be taken care of. Unfortunately, the shifting of the ground is beyond our control. This does occur in Irving, although we have taken care of any cracks that have occurred in the past due to the shifting. I am sorry that in the past you experienced a delay in maintenance, but we did go for several months short staffed, but now we have a good strong maintenance team. We do care about our residents.

Bugs Bugs Bugs. Not recommended. They have pest control but you literally would need to bomb this place for a month to get rid of all of them.
