This is obviously from someone who works there or the apt owners themselves. No one would ever say anything like this that has lived there or even visited. That place is a nightmare!!! Just drive through the apts real slowly at night. There will be all kinds of wierd people out there as well as groups of young gangs sitting on porches ready to sell you drugs or jump you.
