This is by far the worst place I have ever lived at. The ONLY reason I took the apartment was because the rent was so cheap. It was way way more cheaper than anywhere else. You can litterally save over 400 dollars by living here but it is god awful. The management constantly changes. You will FINALLY get the manager to agree to do something, like tell the neighbors to keep quite, or put in a new sink because your's is leaky and then they change the manager and nothing ever gets done. The maintance is the worst. My cieling fan was wobbling and making noise so it took 2 maintance guys to drill screws into the cieling to get it to hold still. But they didn't fix the noise it makes and now there are huge screws sticking half way out of the cieling. The parking is terrible. The parking lot collects water like a lake and the sewage is always leaking outside. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The rent may seem tempting because it's all bills paid but it will be like living in hell.
