If your thinking about moving here please note the following problems we have encountered while living here. I advise you to move somewhere else.
1.) Infestation of roaches
2.) Violence- Fights with knives in the parking lot.
3.) The first day of school this year there was a lock down at Thomas Haley. Due to the fact that a man was running around with a gun
then he shot & killed himself in the parking lot. The Dallas SWAT Team Has been here more times than a few.
It is not a safe or healthy place for anyone to live.
4.) The manager Debbie Sexton is not very truthful & cares only about keeping the apartments full. There fore her investigation of the type of people she rents to does not matter. She will not respond to any problem that you might have.
5.) Debbie and her staff stay in the office never policing the property. The place most of the time looks like a city dump.
