NO GOOD AT ALL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   MY EXPIERENCE WAS SO BAD HERE, I BROKE MY LEASE AND PAID A EARLY MOVE OUT FEE HAPPILY. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HELP YOU AS MUCH AS THEY SHOULD. I WROTE FORMAL LETTERS TO THEM ALL THE TIME ABOUT MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR PLAYING HIS MUSIC AND XBOX SYSTEM ALL DAY AND NIGHT. HE NEVER STOPPED. THE OFFICE STAFF ASKED ME IF I HAD TALKED TO MY NEIGHBOR ABOUT THIS ISSUE. THIS IS SOMETHING THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. I ALSO HAD A NEIGHBOR ON SIDE OF ME WITH UNLEASHED PITBULLS. MY APAPRTMENT DOOR WAS BROKEN AND LOCKED ME OUT AND THE STAIRWAY WAS VERY UNSTABLE AND NEEDED FIXED. OUR WATER HEATER BURSTED INTO A MAJOR LEAK AND WENT EVERYWHERE, MAINTENANCE WAS NOT GOOD, DAMANGES SOME OF OUR PROPERTY. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS COMMUNITY AT ALL. AND THE REMODELING WAS MORE LIKE PUTTING ON PERFUME WITHOUT BATHING, JUST COVERING UP WHAT IS STILL A PROBLEM..THE WALLS ARE VERY VERY THIN. WHEN I LEFT THE APT. IT WAS CLEANED, EVERTHING IN GOOD CONDITION AND NOTHING BROKEN AT ALL. BUT STILL ENDED GETTING A BILL. DO NOT STAY HERE
