The property is kept up well. They do have a mediocre fitness center. That said, they do quarterly audits of your pets, are slow to provide service or repairs, and generally poke their nose in your life.

Also - when you move out they will tell you that you have to pay for things that you didn't do, and they will tell you they can't find any record of your deposit. When you call to try and work things out with them, they won't care and will send you to collections. If you value your credit rating, don't live here. They'll get you any way they can after you leave.
