How about listening to your neighbors nose blowing, television set, and private time through the uninsulated walls' How about a $200 electric bill year round' Or neighbors who enjoy letting their dogs run loose and crap everywhere while barking at you non-stop' Can I interest anyone in some complimentary Black Mold' I thought so!

You are wrong about the electric bill---try $250 plus year round. Need someone to fix it? Get over it, the building is just too old and crummy. Don't forget if you live on the second floor, your balcony is due to fall any day. Please, don't get me started on the pool. I called several times, about the pool. It was filthy over 4th of July. I was so embarassed. My dad even said the health department should have been called. To Amli's credit, the pool was cleaned...3 weeks later!!!! There was even a large wad of hair in the bottom of the pool. YUCK. Ditto on the mold, ditto on the dirt, and ditto on the ghetto.
