I lived at this property, in the same unit, for right at 3 years. I can honestly say that I never had any major issues. There was one summer where I had quite a few A/C problems, but eventually they got straightened out. I was a bit upset, though, as a result of one of their trips into my unit to service the A/C, as they absolutely trashed the place... marked up the walls, scuffed the floors, left my shower curtain wadded up on the floor, and made a huge mess in the bathtub. One call to the office got everything cleaned up the next day, however. I never had a single incident with parking, car, or home vandalism or theft. My car was never under a covered spot or in a garage and I had literally zero problems. People can nit-pick it to death, but you know what.. it's an apartment. Of course you are going to have noisy neighbors and crowded parking lots. Find me a complex that doesn't.
One chronic problem though was with the insulation, or seemingly lack there of. Trying to keep that place cool in the summer was a nightmare. Not entirely unexpected, though, with older construction.
