Gardens of Valley Ranch formerly AMLI at Valley Ranch

It sounds to me as though the people who are very disgruntled with this apartment community are the ones who've probably complained about every apartment they've ever lived in, and generally pay their rent late. If you can't handle living in a multifamily community (for example...an apartment), you should probably get a house. With 100% certainty, I can tell you that you will have neighbors that you'll occasionally hear, someone will drive by with their music too loud, and someone will have a service request that will take priority to yours at some point. This all comes with the territory of living in an apartment. Deal with it, or get a freakin house in a really fantastic neighborhood where nobody ever makes a sound.
I've lived here for several years, and never had anything but exceptional customer service. My apartment had a few ants in it when the weather changed, but so has every other apartment community in the Valley Ranch area. The office staff stays on top of my work orders, and when something comes up, I always get a call.
I've personally recommended two other people to move here, and they love it too.

Don't trust this review, it was written by a member of the office staff and is very insulting to residents.
