HORRIBLE!!!

Gardens of Valley Ranch (Formerly AMLI) is the worst place I've ever lived. I've dealt with Mold, Soggy ceilings and floors, The pole on my balcony holding up the floor above me even rotted away and fell over. The entire balcony had to be rebuilt.

The office staff is rude, unresponsive incompetent. The rent is ridiculously high for an outdated, dirty complex. Needs some serious attention. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I am counting the days until my lease expires.
