I have lived here for almost 2 years. I thought AMLI was bad, boy was I wrong. These people are rude!They have the worst office hours ever. I call and leave messages and they do not call you back. I have had fees just show up that cannot be explained. I got another notice for a fee yesterday. I called and was told it was from November!!! November, why so long to notify me' Well, they can't even tell me for sure what it is for, but they have charged me a late fee. They don't even know when the water bills are coming out, but charge you if they are late. The date changes every month!!!
I called to see about breaking my lease, and they will make you pay it out regardless when you leave.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

I have had my car egged, and had rocks thrown at it. I am awakened by cop cars outside and the apartments to the rear are terrible!!
They do nothing to help the problems. In fact, they create more.
