Poorly Managed and Maintained

I don't consider my self a high maintenance resident nor do I have occasion to contact the office often. However this apartment complex and their new management has lowered my expectation. We recently had a water lin break on the property over a month ago however I was not aware of the water line break until I contacted the office to find out why the water was not working. I was told the water would be off for 6-8 hours while the repair was made. The water was nut turned back on until over 24 hours later! There was never any notice, call to any resident about the problem. It has now been over a month since the repair and there is still a hole in the street where the repair was made which happens to be the main street necessary to exit the apartment. When my neighbor asked when the repair would be completed, she was told when the property had the money to fix it! I've had my issues with this property but this is the last straw! I'm giving over 90 days move out notice because I am certain I will not stay here one day longer than I have to.

I agree, this was really a terrible experience. When Amli had a water outage, the management arranged for clean drinking water and an apartment that you could use. The management (or rather the people in the office) had no clue when things would be restored. |
