I've lived at this property for a while now and I don't see what all these complaints are about. I've enjoyed the new management company, they do a lot more than Amli ever did! They are always nice and friendly to me and always curtious, but then I pay my rent on time and I'm nice to them. My momma always told me that you get a lot further with honey then with lemons! I'm really grateful to see some of the changes they are making to the property. Sure it's taking some time, but all good things take time. Don't let these disgruntled people turn you off of this lovely property!

Perhaps you just haven't had the experience the rest of us have, but how dare you insinuate that you pay your rent on time and the rest of us do not! I for one pay my rent on time every month, because it is direct debited. I have tried being nice and PAYING my rent on time and still suffer. Amli was not the best and I admit the previous Amli I lived at was better, but you have no right to insinuate especially when you have no idea who the people are that are posting. How you feel if I insinuated about you, like are you one of those people that bring you dog to the building across from yours so you do not have to clean up after it. What a joke your posting really is. Disgruntled is not the word for me...THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED!

I also think this was written by someone who works in the office. I have been a resident at these apartments for over 4 YEARS now. I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time. I also take GREAT offense to the insinuation that the only people complaining are ones who do not pay their rent on time. I never had a problem when AMLI managed the property. However, when the new management took over, it has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. It's impossible to get something repaired, unless you write an angry letter to the office. I called FIVE TIMES about a water leak under my sink. THEY NEVER CAME...UNTIL I typed up a formal complaint. THEN they came running. Water bills are often late...too late to pay with the rent, and then they leave a note on your door, insinuating you're late...WHEN THE DUE DATE ON THE BILL CLEARLY INDICATES YOU ARE NOT. I have a copy of the letter they left me as well as the bill if you question my honesty or integrity. I also have a copy of the most recent work order regarding the leak...they submitted the request/entered the request into their computer on April 23, 2007...they FINALLY came to fix the problem on May 2...but only after yet another angry letter. They have bad record keeping. I've gone to pick up packages & they had failed to write down receipt of the package...one of which was clearly marked on 2 sides of the box "PERISHABLE", and I didn't have any knowledge of its arrival until my friend asked me if I'd received it DAYS LATER. Numerous, numerous problems with the new management, and I'm extremely unhappy with the service. It appears I am not the only one from the look of things around here. I gave my notice that I would be moving out at the end of my lease a couple months ago...and my lease isn't up until the beginning of July--I am just THAT anxious to GET OUT.

I agree with the last commenter.
The new guys have bad systems (in addition to a bad attitude). Paying rent is something you can only do in a narrow window. I had automatic account debit setup with AMLI. You can't do that anymore.
