Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Very poor service, on move out they will rip you with all kinds of charges in an attempt to arm twist you into paying up. Make sure you take photos Laundry room sucks, no lighting on property.

Floor creaks when you walk, poor construction. Beware before you lease.
