Amli obviously sold this apartment at a time when maintaining the place was getting difficult.

The new management is bad (they have a couple of properties in Houston and are trying to get into the Dallas market). Obviously the owners decided to go cheap when they hired the management. The people are terrible (not helpful at all) and do not appear to be very well trained in running an apartment. They struggle with even entering service requests in their own computers.

The maintenance staff is OK but is obviously short staffed. Maintenance requests take at least a week to ten days IF you remind them twice about it. Otherwise it may not be assigned to the maintenance staff.

Amli had online submission of service requests that allowed better tracking. They were very good with getting repairs done in a couple of days.

We have been here for several years but have decided to move when our lease expires. There is really no point in staying here.

You, too, huh? I've lived here for years as well (over 4), but will be moving out at the end of my lease, also. Seems like people are "dropping like flies" around here. I have the address of the management company, and I fully intend to detail all of the problems I've had, and express my disgust with how things have been run. I will NEVER live in another property owned by them again.

Can you post the address of the management company....FYI to those of you that liked AMLI....the AMLI @ La Villita opens July 15...I am moving there....I am so excited to get out of the worst experience ever.

If anybody has the address of the owners, could you please post that. I have a feeling that they have no idea what a bunch of nincompoops they have as management. I just hope that writing to them will help.
