I thought Management of the staff would not be able to give a review without identifying themself. The whiner review is typical of the response you get from Management and their staff

This reviewer clearly doesn't care about customer service! Yes, it's apartment life, but nothing says we should settle just because we can't afford a house! I know a lot of people who live in older, cheaper apartments who are much happier because the management is better. AMLI management was terrible, and this one is worse! I don't care if I'm in an apartment, they should do their job! The biggest advantage to apartments SHOULD be not having to do things yourself!! Whoever wrote this needs to have higher standards for their life!
