Will slam you with 300-1000$ charges on move out

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Never rent here , when you move out they will charge you a outrageous amount and before giving you a chance to discuss the claims they will move the file over to collections in order to threaten you with a report to the credit bureau.

Make sure you take photos of every inch when you move out and have a good attorney since they will absolutely do this to you.
