Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I've been living in the same apartment for 3 years and this Management Staff is quite terrible. One thing that bothered me from day one when they took over: blaming everything on the old management staff. That speaks character...and not in a good way. If it was THAT bad, why buy the property' Anyway, EVERY time I have to pick up a package, I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. It's so annoying. Especially when no one acknowledges that you are even there waiting. When AMLI owned this property we had the Nest Egg option...not anymore, but the rates did not decrease. Pay more get more...now I still pay the same, but get less. So, I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. And thanks to the advice of some others, I will be sure to photograph the apartment, video tape it, and have an attorney ready.
