Since the new management took over in late 2006, it's gone to hell. The staff, not only constantly changing but is rude, unprofessional in the way they deal with thing, and the way they look. They always act like you are bugging them even if it is a simple service request (which also never gets done). I have had issues with my AC ever since I moved there a year and a half ago, and every time they would come out ( which also takes a long time and you have to call back to remind them), nothing would be fixed, the AC would NEVER cool properly, and my electricity bills were almost $400 a month in the summer time!!! The property looks like total crap too, every time it rained and we got a lot of rain this season, the bottom apartments would flood and you couldn't even get to them, the water was ankle high and just sitting there, the gutter broke off after one of the storms, and it was hanging for almost 2 and a half weeks, just hanging off the roof, not only was it super dangerous, cause it could have fallen and hit someone with the rusted nails stikcing out of it, it also looked like a total ghetto! And why are we having to pay so much $$ for rent' it is so not worth it, the area is great and Gardens of Valley Ranch if just a total disgrace for Valley Ranch! Everything is falling apart on that property, even the main sign when you first drive in was half way hanging off, GREAT curb appeal for future residents. And now, that i have moved out, they stuck me with a bill of almost $1000 for damages, which is getting disputed, and I will take it to the right authorities if it's not resolved. So, Please anyone who is even considering moving there, save yourself the trouble and your $$, cause you will regret it!!!!!!!!!

Did you ever get your extra bill resolved? They are doing the exact same thing to me, and I do not agree with the charges.
