I have lived here since 3-07 and I regret the move from day one!!!! I have had problems with a leaking air conditioning line above my shower and they have yet to replace the molded sheet rock or the cover that is barely holding on!!!!! Also iam an expecting mother of TWINS, and I currently live in a one bedroom apt where there is absolutely NO ROOM for all three of us and they are not working with me at all, they are stating in order for me to move into a 2 bedroom (300.00 more a month) I have to pay 500.00 to move!!!!!!! Management stated that there should be plenty of room for the three of us until the end of the lease, do they not know you have TWO of everything!!!!!!!!!! Anyways they are NO HELP AT ALL!!!! If you are smart DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Write them a letter stating you're moving out at the end of your lease due to the fact that you are unhappy with management (make sure to make a copy of the letter for your records). They'll bend over backwards to help you then. They did the same thing to me when I said I wanted a bigger apartment.
